Currently we are only working with Amazon Sellers who have been selling for at least 6 months and have a feedback score higher than 90%.

There are no monthly membership fees. Members will only be charged on the prep work that is performed on their products and any non-compliance fees that may occur.

When you are accepted as a partner with Prep Brothers be invited to join a private Slack Channel. Through the Slack Channel you will be able to communicate directly with our team.

No. The Prep Brothers has a strict confidentiality policy regarding the inventory that partners purchase and the suppliers that they source from.

Yes. Our facility is fully insured and an alarm system that is monitored 24/7 by our team.

All clients must keep a credit card on file, and any services will be billed to the card as soon as they are completed. Through the Prep Brothers’ dashboard you will have a clear overview of your charges and invoices.

When you ship your products to our Warehouse in Montana, you do not pay sales tax like you would do for most other states in the US. The average sales tax per state in the US is 8% whereas in Montana the sales tax is 0%. Therefore, when sourcing a product for $30 in most states you would pay $2.4 in tax, in Montana you would pay $0. Not paying sales tax can give you a competitive edge as a Amazon Seller and also allows you to grow your business faster.

Yes, there are certain items that we do not accept that can be found in our terms of service:

•Used products, including but not limited to Books

•Customer Returns

•FBA Removals

•Hazmat Items

•Meltable or temperature-sensitive products, regardless of the time of the year.

•Dangerous Products, including but not limited to weapons, firearms, fertilizer, pepper spray, bear repellent, corrosives, fuel or solvents.

•Products heavier than 20 lbs (without express permission)

•Products larger than 24 inches on their longest side (without express permission)

If any of these product are sent to the Prep Brother’s warehouse, there will be a Non-compliance fee of $2 per item.

The majority of products will be turned around within 48 hours of receiving. For lower volume sellers, the Prep Brothers will wait until there is enough items to complete a shipment which could mean shipping once per week.

During September to December when we see an increase volume going through our Warehouse the processing time may take longer than 48 hours. Our team will work as fast possible to get your items prepped and sent to Amazon during this time.

Yes, we are able to process order fulfilment for multiple market places including, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy and Shopify.

To process order shipments we use Veeqo. Veeqo is an Amazon company and allows us to process orders from multiple marketplaces without requiring a direct connection to your account.

By using the shipping software Veeqo, we are able to purchase shipping on your behalf. Shipping purchased through Veeqo will be charged directly to your credit card.
